Yup, sounds like FedEx to me.

My favorite shipper is the good old USPS; they deliver 6 days a week, and for us, going to the post office in case we need to pick up a package is only a 15 mile round trip, as opposed to 48 miles for UPS and 95 for Fed Ex. Besides, what other shipper will deliver catalogs, birthday cards, live plants and baby chicks; all in the smae day? ;^)

I hate fedex. Last year I ordered potted roses from Ashdown. The boxes were labeled in HUGE letters "fragile, live plant, this end up" with arrows and everything.

The idiot delivery guy walks up to my porch (where I was standing eagerly awaiting my roses) with the box upside down and the WHAM slams it down on the step and goes back for another. He destroyed two roses that way, I was spitting nails I was so mad.

USPS is fine, but I love my UPS guy. He's careful considerate and will leave boxes whereever I ask him to, or even drive them to my office if I'm not home and it requires a signature. I just gave him my business card and he takes care of it. He's the best.

My USPS delivery person takes my roses around to my back door and gently leaves them on my covered patio. She told me that she wanted to make sure my roses are delivered in good condition. She is very consciousness!

I've been lucky with my FedEx guy. He left my Nor'East order by the front door. There's a nice fat column there to put them behind and the front door is inset back halfway down the side of the house (sounds odd, but works), so you'd have to work to find a package.

The UPS lady knows me by name and we've shared horror stories about our mom's passings (each within 9 months of the other).

The USPS lady has come by with rose cuttings to see if I could id them. LOL.
