What size pot for Sweet Chariot?

I just got a Sweet Chariot that I want to put in a pot on my deck. After I bought it, I saw pictures where it looks HUGE! (And I do live in Atlanta where roses bushes do tend to get larger than other places)

I think it would look great cascading over the deck rail so I want to build a special plant stand to raise it up to deck rail height.

Right now, it's in a 2 gallon pot and I don't necessarily have to repot right away but I would like some suggestions on what size pot I will eventually need to move to so I can go ahead and build the stand.
