| I placed an order at the end of May. I ordered the following and am trying to add a Rainbow's End but if I can't, I will order it when ordering comes back online.

You already got yours? I ordered on 05/24 & I'm still waiting. *sigh* I'm so eager to get mine since these will be my first minis.
It took me forever to narrow down my want list. I originally had around $150 or so but couldn't allow myself to actually buy them, so my final order list was: Apricot Twist

Well, I finally got most of mine today. I was very surprised at the tiny size of the box they all fit into! LOL!
Unwrapping them was like my birthday early. Very well packaged.
However, I noticed that one of my order is missing, APRICOT TWIST. If they sold out, I understand, but they never contacted me about alternatives. Is that common?
I emailed them about it, but who knows when or if they'll reply. |

Hi Everyone,
Placed my order on May 25th for the week of June 8th delivery. They arrived yesterday, Wednesday the 17th and all very healthy looking. Joycie had an almost fully opened bloom on it and Pacific Serenade had a bud showing yellow. Constellation

and Flawless. All mine arrived except Flawless. Instead they included First Impression. That wasn't even on my list of alternatives, but I don't see the point of calling. Flawless was my last pick, and the order was kind of "heavy on pink." So I'm happy.
aqrose, I tried calling AND emailing them a week ago about another worry (I'm moving very soon and the order was already late) but I got no response. I'm sure it is because they are swamped with orders. But if you had a rose missing with no substitute, I think I'd pester them about that. Good luck! By the way, I got Apricot Twist a few months ago. A true mini, it is quite a pretty little apricot rose. I don't have much track record with it yet, but it is supposed to be very easy to grow, heat resistant and disease resistant. So far so good. If you're desparate for that rose and you never get it from Noreast, I think Heirloom still sells it. Mike |

Thanks, Mike. :) I heard back from them last night that since they were swamped with orders if there wasn't an alternative listed, they just didn't send a rose. :( I'd listed Cal Poly as an alternative for First Impression, another yellow I had a hard time choosing between those 2, but had asked them to email me about alternatives for the others. I had plenty in mind, but since I always seem to get too similar plants (i.e. all yellows or all pinks) when I list a bunch, I wanted to decide based on the one that was sold out.
Oh, well... As much as I'd love to place another order to get that other rose, I can't afford to do so. I ordered more than I could really justify in order to get as many offered for that shipping rate, if you know what I mean. :)
Now if only the too hot temps would go away... |

Aint that the truth! We've been dry and in the 90s every day lately. Even with daily watering, my rose blooms are mostly looking withered unless I cut them in bud stage.

| Glad to hear that they're just a little behind. I ordered June 5 (Golden Horizon, Grace Seward, Green Ice, Scentsational, Sweet Hannah) and other than the confirmation email, I haven't heard anything else from them. Maybe they'll come this week. |

| I got my Nor'East order today, and it was, thankfully, complete. 3 Grace Seward, 3 Simplex, 1 Jilly Jewel, 1 Electric Lady (has a beautiful bloom already...and great fragrance!!), 1 cupcake and a Rainbow Knockout (also had a pretty bloom and some fragrance!). I have planted one of the Grace Sewards in a half whiskey barrel by our front porch. Am looking forward to my second order whenever it happens, as I just reordered some others yesterday. As they say, "Make hay while the sun shines!" |

| I've had some of those for decades. Orange Honey glows in the garden. I've had excellent luck potting up mini roses into 1 gallon plastic pots and sinking the pots in my other gardens until I can find a space for them. I ordered a few more roses, even though I don't know where I'm going to put them. I had Yellow Doll 35 years ago when I was a kid at my parent's house. I just bought a new one for nostalgia's sake. I also got Nutshop and Mood Music. I wish they also had Strange Music and Tiny Flame. |

| I wish I could find others as well, Wedding Cake for the oddness of it. Some are just for sale at places at the cost of a full sized rose so, I will be really picking a lot of others up when they are cost effective. Other than that, I want to keep some room for Secret Garden Musk, Noisettes, and old Hybrid Teas, as well as the usual introductions and other various OGR. I have a lot of large roses I need to plant soon. Moser Shed House Rose is one I have too many of at the moment, and need to have one in the ground. My main goal was to save as much of the Ralph Moore collection as I could in one garden. I think Nutshop and Hi Ho are worth buying just for the names. |

If you really want odd, get the Green Rose. Best bloomer I have and stays about 4 feet for me (it really isn't supposed to grow here). My mom thinks it's ugly! I kinda like it.

| I owned the Green Rose. It bloomed well for me but if I can not use it's pollen or use it as a seed parent it was after a while, of little value to me. Plus it got a little bigger than I would have liked. I would like to have the half "reverted back" sport I have seen. |

| I contacted them today and learned that they are completely out of Lavender Crystal, Lavender Delight and Baby Cecile Brunner. I really need to shorten my list, but two of these were going to be on the "keeper" list. Oh well...! The previous post of the order of 225 blew me away! My husband would KILL me! With tomorrow being the final day for Nor'East's huge sale, I'll bet the employees will be glad to have this craziness behind them! |
