I just get a climbing rainbows end. Does anyone have this rose and how big of a trellis should i put it on. This is my first climber. It will be in a pot. Thanks.

RE: Question for a climber

I have several of them and here in Zone 5 with winter protection, the canes can reach about 4'-5' during the growing season.
Canes not protected usually die back during winter.
Hope this is helpful.

RE: Question for a climber

You will get better bloom if you train it horizontally. In a warm climate, you can expect the canes to reach 8 ft. or so. I have mine trained on a low fence and it covers a total of 16 ft.
