Nor'east Customer Service !!!!!

Just wanted everyone to know what outstanding customer service Nor'east Roses has. I emailed them yesterday to ask about a couple of roses (Jerry-O & Andie MacDowell) I received last week that were wilted and almost dead. Two others in the same shipment arrived just perfect. Today I received a phone call at work to let me know that they would be replacing them promptly. I was speechless. I highly recomend them for any purchase you might have.

I was wondering how they would be after being bought out. Nice to know that they are still a good company. Thanks for posting the info.

This is good to know, because 3 of the roses in my latest shipment of 11 that arrived 2 weeks ago are pretty much dead. I'll give them a call later in the week and let them know.
