In the office is not a good place. Sorry, but roses aren't really house plants. They want to be outside. They won't get enough sunlight and will be prone to attracting spider mites. And they are too wet, the soil should be moist but not dripping.

Diane is right, of course. You probably have a saucer under the pots, which doesn't work for minis--excess water must be able to flow out of the bottom of the pot. That's not very practical when the pot sits on your desk, of course... one more reason why they should be outside. Maybe there's a window ledge where you could put them?

Thnk you for your advice. I have them in those bottom feeding pots, but I still water them from the top. Thus far no water has been sitting in the bottom.
I have large windows with deep ledges where I've placed them. I get full sun until noon and then indirect.
I think if they aren't doing better by tomorrow I will bring them home and plant them in the yard, as I would hate to have them die they are so pretty.

Potted miniature roses do poorly when moved to a new environment but sometimes they do come back after a bit... I've read posts on this forum from people who only grow them indoors but I'm not one of the lucky ones, I can kill philodendrons... LOL Did you try using the search feature here for potted miniature roses?
