Refund Policy: Registration fee less $15 will be refunded for cancellation notification received before

August 21. Cancellations received on or after August 21 will be reviewed after the conference and fees refunded to the maximum extent possible.

Hotel Information: The Country Inn and Suites, 950 Lake Superior Drive, Matteson, IL 60433 is ¼ mile East from the I-57 & U.S. 30 (Lincoln Highway) interchange. From the interchange go east on U.S. 30 to the first traffic light, turn left (north) and then immediately left (west) for about ¼ mile. Country InnÂs entrance is just past the Cracker Barrel entrance. Convention rate for a double queen is $99 plus 11% tax (August 19 cutoff). King and Whirlpool suites are available at added cost. Amenities include indoor pool, complimentary Wi-Fi service and Continental breakfast. Phone reservations to 708-748-4740, convention code "Sauk Trail Rose Society". The motel is about 4 miles from the Convention & Show site.

(It's a pretty good package if one includes the art fair. Don't like the motel bill? There are other motels around and seniors can get a good deal.)

Show and Convention Site Directions: The show site, Illinois Theatre Center, is at 371 Artists Walk, Park Forest, IL 60466. From the I-57 & U.S. 30 interchange go east on U.S. 30 about 2 miles and turn right (south) at the Orchard Dr. stoplight. (Orchard Dr. is 9 stoplights east of I-57 or first stoplight east of Railroad viaduct). On Orchard, go about 2 miles and turn left at the Indianwood Blvd stop sign. Go half a block east on Indianwood to first left turn, into the shopping center parking lot. The Park Forest Village Hall, 350 Victory Dr, Park Forest, IL 60466 is clearly visible. Grooming of show entries will take place in the village hall boardroom and lobby. Illinois Theater Center is directly across the sidewalk. The banquet facility, Dining on the Green, is half a block north of the show site, a short walk down the covered walkway.

Art show visitors can view the roses in the afternoon.
