Miniature Roses

When to put Parade Roses from pot to ground?

I bought 2 mini roses at the grocery store, and after some initial problems getting them to flourish, now they are doing better and blooming in a large pot. I had read that they will need to be put in the ground at some point, and I would like to know when the best time to do this is. Also, do I need to do anything special to them, i.e. pruning, fertilizing, etc. when I do put them in the ground? They have been in the pot since about June or July; can't remember exactly when I bought them.

If they are in good health, then planting immediately is a good idea. Be prepared to water often until they send out a new root system. See the link provided below for more detailed care instructions.
