Does anyone know why my miniature roses don't form hips after they bloom? I'd like to save the seeds and try and grow some roses from them. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Joe.

Some minis "DO NOT" set hips, no matter what you try. Just keep trying different varieties and you may find out.
Here is a link that might be useful: Roses of Excellence

And the seeds that you get from those plants won't be true to that variety, you could get someething else totally from each seedling, since they are hybrids. The only roses that produce true to seed are the species roses. Interesting to try anyway.
