Glowing Amber, Michel Cholet & Heartbreaker: comments?.

OK, I just ordered Glowing Amber, Michel Cholet, and Heartbreaker from John's Miniature Roses and would love to hear any comments/experience/info. you have regarding these. Do tell!

I had Glowing Amber up north and it was very nice. It was a prolific bloomer and the colors were very bright in the garden. I had some success with it in shows but I can't remember if it had any fragrance or not.

I don't have a good nose, but 'Glowing Amber' has no fragrance to me. My wife claims it has a slight fragrance.

Glowing amber is one of my favorite minis! very prolific, and it has a nice high centered form! I don't know about in your zone, but it does great in New england! I have michel Cholet too, which was not all it was cracked up to be! A bit disapointed in size of bush and number of blooms. This one may do better in your region than mine!

I only grow Glowing Amber. It has good form and is quite colorful. Michael Cholet, I hate it because that rose has beaten me twice in rose shows. I will buy it this year.

Glowng Amber is a good rose and blooms it's head off but I don't really care for the form...too pointy...but there is something for everyone! I love Michel Cholet! I got on the Royal Court in the Tampa show this weekend. RC is nice but I'm aiming higher! MC can be a slow grower but I have a good one now and it gives me a lot of bang for the size of the bush and good centers too.

I have George's Glowing Amber and I love it dearly. I also purchased three Ingrids which George describes as a larger Glowing Amber! Can't wait for the blooms of that one. I also have Michel Cholet which produces beautiful blooms but long periods between blooms in my garden.
