This rose has been producing its very best roses of the year, now that it's December. I had forgotten just how good this miniature can be. The blooms have been so good, I've brought them indoors for vases. This rose has been growing in our garden longer than just about any of my roses. It was given the nick-name "Flashlight" many years ago by my daughter. After all these years, this is still "her" rose. I've often thought of miniature roses as "disposable" roses, not for the long haul ... but this one has been very durable and keeps on truckin'. Nice memories too.
