Micro Minis in Semi Hydroponics indoors under Lights

I have searched all over this site and have found no information on growing Micro Minis or Minis in Semi Hydroponics indoors under lights. AeroGarden has Micro mini Roses available for their unit now and this got me curious about micro minis in semi hydro. Since one doesn't have the pest problems in semi hydro, is this feasible or am I just wishing too hard that I can start a collection of Micros for indoors under lights?

I'll put a link below to an article a rose-expert friend wrote about growing miniature roses, focusing on the problems one might expect to encounter.

I do know some people who live back east take their potted miniature roses into their basements during the winter and have success getting them to bloom under special grow lights.

Years ago I grew my own seedlings indoors under grow lights and had some success with that as well.

Here is a link that might be useful: article on growing minis indoors

I saw the Aero Gardens for mini roses ad and it seems interesting. I have grown minis and micro minis indoors, and do fine for a while, but then miss a watering and they suffer. Maybe the Aero Gardens or S/H might be a good idea. I might just try one this year.
