ID Fragrant Rose?

Can anyone help me identify this rose? It was already in my garden when we bought the house 7 years ago, so I do not know if it's an old rose or a more recent introduction.

It has pink, cupped, nodding flowers that look similar to Radiance, flowers in mid-April here in zone 7b and does not repeat. It has a delightful fragrance and is apparently a climber since it's canes are now at least 10 feet long, but I suppose it could be a large shrub rose that likes its location. It is also exceptionally disease resistant. Because of its single bloom, I have ruled out Bourbons and Radiance (which is also not a climber).

Any ideas?
