Name That Rose!

Rose came with house - help?

We bought a house that had two roses in pots in the back patio. I'd like to take care of them properly for the upcoming growing season (repotting, pruning, fungicide for blackspot). Can anyone help with the type, or give a broad suggestion so I know how to take care of it? Thanks!!!

From the color, it may be Climbing America. If you can take an upclose picture of the rose as well as another one of a leaves and stem, it makes identifying a little more exact. Also, a description of the amount of prickles (thorns) is helpful. It is a lovely rose and appears to be pretty healthy.
