Name That Rose!

Want to find the name of this old floribunda maroon

I am looking to find the name of this old floribunda rose that was here when my husband bought the house 22 years ago. It is almost completely thornless. It blooms spring only and gets about 4-5ft tall 4ft wide. Grows even in shade with 3 hrs sun daily.

It's hard to tell from the picture, butI believe it's Dr. Huey. Dr. Huey is a widely used understock that is frequently found growing on its own after the rose grafted onto it has died. Dr. Huey is spring-blooming only. See link.
