Red foliage rose

I saw a rose referred to in one of the gardening mags that had naturally red foliage that had small red flowers and bright small rose hips that lasted into winter. I believe it was a bush rose to about 36". Also, good in the north zone 3-5. Can't find it again. Anyone seen that? Thank you.

RE: Red foliage rose

Most roses have red foliage when young or growing new leaves, or do you mean to say that this rose had red foliage stay that way even when it matures?
