Dr. Huey or something else?

I posted last year and was told my rose is a Dr. Huey. However, I keep reading that it's a once-bloomer and tends to climb. Mine really doesn't climb and it definitely isn't a once-bloomer. It blooms from late April on into September, I think even into October last year, given it was a late winter here in West TN. Also, it's got a pretty obvious perfume, and I've read that Dr. Huey's are more mild. The blooms look similar though, but I can never find a picture of the canes/buds that I feel look like my rose.

Here is a picture of it's first blooms last year. They are a tad more fuschia than the picture shows.

Here is it now, ready to bloom perhaps the last week of April?

Here's some buds and new leaves. The aphids are gone now, I took care of them.

I can see a graft line on the bottom, but these are all above that graft line.
