'Bewitched' is a med pink that gets 6-7 ft tall and has red new growth.

I also thought of 'Miss All American Beauty'.

You could easily take cuttings. I would go to the rose propogation forum and read the article on rose propogation. I use the ziplock bag method with nearly 100% success.

The rose in question isn't as dark as Miss All American Beauty and it doesn't look like Bewitched, either. It may even be a grandiflora.

The darker pink or red reverse is markedly different from the rest of the bloom, and the rose is really quite vigorous. Also, it has red leaf stems.

Yes, now that I see the entire bush I would say you are right about it being a Grandiflora.

The original grandiflora is 'Queen Elizabeth' but it is not two-toned. 'Tournament of Roses' was introduced in 1988 and it is two-toned with red thorns and red newgrowth, but I do not recall it having red leaf stems. I grew it at my last residence, but I now have a much smaller yard and do not have the space.
