1. Yes 2. Possibly Granada 3. Looks like my Gemini at times during the year, so yes.
|
I think there is a good chance the first rose is actually Heirloom, as labeled. The yellow with red edges reminds me of Perfect Moment, although that variety is not strongly fragrant to my nose. The white with blushing edges does look like Gemini.

There was a lapse between when I typed and when I sent, so I hadn't seen Diane's response. She ranks above me as a rose expert, so her guess of Granada is probably right.

Granada has pink in it, this rose is totally bright yellow with bright orange edges nothing else and real fragrant.

I use to have perfect momemt and it had no frangrance at all, But it does resemble it. When I was looking for this rose on the internet it reminded me of Judy Garland. Here's another close up shot of it, your thoughts? The reason I questioned the Heirloom is because I bought one that is bareroot and it bloomed before this one and it had a darker purple petal on the edge and the rest was the same color as the picture. This heirloom was in a pot. I also purchased a rose labeled Intrigue and it turned out to be Angel Face which is fine also but HD has so many wront labeled roses this year on the $7 roses.
