Cemetery rose

I hunt for roses every spring and this was found in a cemetery near Birmingham Alabama last year. It is modern and probably dates from the 1950's, based upon the grave marker.... though I guess it could have been planted later. The original plant was around 6 ft tall and very narrow. blooms are around 4-5 inches across.

Any thoughts?

Not many single or semi-double roses were released between 1945 and 1975. Are you sure it is modern? Height, foliage, and bloom size/form could be Souvenir de St. Anne's. It can be that pink but is usually paler. Just a wild guess. SdSA is very fragrant to most noses.

I am going to go back and look at the parent plant. I took photos when I collected the cutting but I have misplaced them. But I think that the Mother plant's blooms were fuller than this. This is the first bloom on an 8 inch rooted cutting, so it might not be true to its adult form.

No, this rose is definitely not S.St.Anne's. It is either a hybrid tea or a Grandiflora and the bloom is fuller than this photo. I'll post additional photos when I get a chance. Thanks!
