Name That Rose!

Help me Id this beautiful Rose!

This rose was at my house when I purchased it. It was scraggly and not well kept. I have been able to nurse it back to health, but have no idea what type it is. I photograph all my roses each year and have quite a few shots of it. It has the growth habit of a floribunda, but I have been told it was named 'keepsake'. Any one have any ideas???

If it is a tall plant, it could be Queen Elizabeth.
