Named variety roses do not grow from seed. You buy the plant already growing.

Please try searching the rose names on HelpMeFind.com -- the listing has a tab saying "buy from" which shows what companies sell the rose variety.

The name of your first rose is actually Fire 'n' Ice and it is sold by Vintage Gardens. Konfetti is a florist rose, so we don't know if it grows well outside of a greenhouse.

I think Fire & Ice is a florist rose. I used to have it. It was given to me by a rosarian who said he got it from Carlton years ago. It died in a hard winter. I actually had a sport from it that I rooted which also died. The sport was a very pretty red with a pink stripe.

Both are florist roses. Unfortunately, the main supplier of florist roses to home gardeners went out of business last year.

Fire 'n' Ice used to be more readily available for the home gardener, but not this year. It isn't on Vintage Gardens' availability list, you may want to contact them to ask if they still have a "mother plant" that they can do a custom rooting, but it will be pricey. The rose named Love (click on the link for photos) is a parent of FnI and is widely available, it has the same coloring (and nasty thorns). Love is also a much much better growing rose and FnI was here and in my mom's garden.

Konfetti, well I'm not sure. Where do you live? I ask because James Mills at K & M Nursery buds some florist roses on Fortuniana rootstock, but that is only hardy in zone 7 and higher. There are also other roses with coloring similar to Konfetti, Desert Peace, Gloria Dei, Glowing Peace.
