| I was wondering if anyone could help identify this rose. We photographed it outside Patti 1880 restaurant Grand Rivers KY this Easter and it took our breath. The overall plant is well over 6 foot tall and about 4 foot wide. The flowers are at least 5-6" across just huge. The stems remind me of a hybrid tea with very long for each bloom but several of the blooms had several buds more like a floribunda. We had noticed the bush many other times but it only had a couple blooms on it. It appears to be very disease resistant year around. Wonderful traditional rose smell. The "trunk" of the plant is at least 4-5" in diameter. Very large, very hardy plant. |
