Rouge Bejour?

I'm seeking to find out about a rose that my pre hurricane Katrina florest would get for me. They called it the 'Rouge Bejour' (sp?). It was the largest, most beautiful rose I have ever seen. The heads would open to easily fill your hand; "like a cabbage" my mother said. The florest was wiped out by hurricane Katrina and has not reopened and no one else seems to know what this rose is. The first time I purchased this variety I bought a dozen and as they opened, had to seperate them into three vases to let them spread! They were amazing and lasted for three weeks. One florest said she could get me some huge roses but when they came in they were nothing compared to the rouge bejour. They opened fairly wide but lacked the interior petals and overall mass. I am interested in growing my own if anyone can help me find them! Please help me recover my beautiful rose!
