Not Champlain - What is it?

I'm working with Kelly, the garden manager, and Jeri to develop descriptive tags for the rose sale at the Wooster, OH, Garden of Legends of Legend and Romance on June 14. One of the roses that Kelly has propagated is supposedly Champlain, a bright red Kordes shrub rose. However, Kelly's rose is about ten feet tall and pink. Anybody know this rose?
Not Rosa Champlain?

Yes, I would agree that it's William Baffin.

Here is a link that might be useful: William Baffin.
