What is this Burgandy Rose?

I purchased a new home and along with it these beautiful Burgundy colored rose bushes. They are growing in partial shade and fairly well with over 20 buds from being cut down to almost nothing over winter. The scent is a fruity and almost sour but still pleasant.
Any ideas?
