This is NOT Brass Band!

In February I bought 5 Brass Bands (an orange floribunda) to make a nice little hedge. Imagine my (very unpleasant) surprise when THREE of my BB's starting sprouting pale pink HT type roses! So much for my great idea of a nice orange hedge.

Anyway, I fully intended to dig the interlopers up and take them back to the nursery and demand my money back but somehow I couldn't bear to dig them up since they were doing so well.

The bushes are around maybe 3 feet tall now - extremely healthy and good looking (which is why I couldn't bear to dig them up) with loads of pale pink roses of a HT form. All of the plants came from Week's and I looked on their website and thought that perhaps these could possibly be either New Zealand or Bride's Dream......does anyone out there have a clue?

Here are some pictures:

I am actually liking this rose quite a bit, due to it's general healthiness and large flush of blooms - even if it is sitting in the middle of my ORANGE bed!!!

Thanks for your help!

Lynn
