Name That Rose!

ID Rose Single Yellow Flower, Very long leaves with many leaflets

Hello, Walking around the neighborhood today. Saw a rose, didn't get a photo.

Very long leaves 8-12 inches with many leaflets looked almost like a locust leaf.

Single light yellow flower.

Many small reddish thorns that easily came off on my fingers.

New cane growth slightly red.

Long canes growing up to 6' before arching.

Unpruned, unmaintained.

Anyone know what this is?

I think I found it as Rosa hugonis - Father Hugo's rose. But, this one is very much larger than 6'
