| This is a picture of a rosebush in my mother's yard in Missouri, she had this rose at least from the late 50's or early 60's. She always called it a seven sisters rose. But it is red. it is about 4.5' feet tall and the canes form very early. The rose always blooms in clumps of seven blooms together, always. The blooms are usually about an 1" across or less. My mother has since passed away and the rosebush was dozed out before anyone could get a start from it. So if I could get a name so that I can find one. One guess was it was a red cascade miniature climbing rose but the blooms didn't match mine exactly. |
