I rescued this off an old homestead. The kids just bushogg it every year and this and one more were in really bad shape. Here are the stats on this one,,,

long branches grow out of it (I have cut them back at about 4 feet long, have never seen blooms on the branches)

semi shiny leaves

mounding growth habit (aside from the mong stems growing out)

leaves are small, flowers are a little bigger than my thumb

I have tried like mad to identify this beauty, my hubbys grandmother said it has been on that property over 50 years. Bugs dont bother it, pests no problem, no black spot or other diseases. Perfect rose aside from once a year blooms. Hope someone knows her name...
