Name That Rose!

Please ID my friends rose...

He says the blooms are small, about an inch wide in sprays like a floribunda with polyanthus type foliage.

The original plant was planted at his neighbors house in the 40-50s.

His plant is from cuttings from his neighbors plant.

Anybody have any idea to what it is?
