Mystery salmon HT -- and rootstock?

Maybe salmon is the wrong word. I had to hold up the flower on this -- the stem is weak, but it's a big bloom of 5" or so in diameter. The canes bearing the big salmon flowers do tend to shoot out and get big and tall. Hmph. Any ideas what it could be? You're gonna ask about fragrance. I don't remember noticing any in particular but can't swear to it.
The photo of what I assume is the rootstock is hard to see, but it appears to be a floribunda type of flower cluster; it's dark red and not terribly double, but seems to be rather petite and non-sprawly compared to what I assume is the grafted part of the plant. I feel if it were Dr. Huey it would want to sprawl and clamber which it does not. Any ideas?
