Huge yellow climber

This beauty has over 20 ft canes up into a tree. It blooms in the spring, totally covered with blooms. It does not rebloom and puts on rosy-orange hips in the fall about as big as your thumb. Fairly large thorns.

Here are some pictures, unfortunately didn't find this forum until after spring flush of blooms so I don't have a photo of tree full of blooms. :(

more info.

forgot a few things that might help
--dug up rose from under a above ground pool and it has grown this large in two years
--light, sweet fragrance
--leathery, sturdy, high gloss leaves
--stayed evergreen the last two years east of Dallas

Very, very interesting climber! Any idea how old it is? If it weren't for the info that it's non-recurrent, I'd say 'High Noon' (1948), which is described as yellow edged reddish.
