Name That Rose!

The Heirloom Folks don't know what this is. . .

For years, I have seen this rose at Heirloom and my husband and I would like to get it, but they don't know what it is. I'm hoping that someone out there will have an idea. Once it starts blooming it is continuous, small miniflora leaves, no disease (in rainy Oregon), 2 to 2.5 ft. tall. Fingers crossed someone out there will know. Thank you. Here are several photos:
