Anyone familiar with Sweet Annie?

This rose is somewhat of a climber, but with a sweeping or cascading habit. It has mid pink cluster blooms like a polyantha in habit. The bloom size is a little more than an inch, but cluster blooms up to two feet down the limb which causes it to droop in a cascading form. The branches are about 5 feet long. I can't find it on helpmefind and I would like to know more about its origins and history. I bought it as Sweet Annie. I was told it is an old garden rose and is popular with some historical homes that are being renovated in an old section of town. My husband loves it and comments on it often.
