Misidentified

This was a bag rose purchase from WalMart, said to be Queen Elizabeth. I bought it in 2009, and have babied it for the past 2 seasons. I was delighted to see buds on it but when it flowered, it clearly was not Queen Elizabeth.
The flower is small, ~ 2 inches with a nice old rose fragrance similar to my Souvenir de la Malmaison. Does anyone have any idea what it might be?
