Name That Rose!

Mystery rose bush (Québec zone 4)

Don't have much to go on so hope you can help me out.

Here goes:

Saw this rugosa-looking rosebush today at the Van Den Hende Gardens at Laval University, QuÃ©bec.

Burgundy-bronze foliage, small leaves, small single 4-petal light-pink unscented rose.

The sticker was worn but I could make out 3 words: puribunda, topper and Gray.

Can anyone help me identify and, more specifically, where can I purchase one in QuÃ©bec? Merci beaucoup!
