Name That Rose!

Mystery Yellow Rose

This rose was in my garden when I bought the house. The buds come in a cluster of 5 and are yellow with red stripes. On opening the rose is a soft yellow but fades quickly to cream as it opens. It has long arching canes, medium green leaves. It blooms well once in late May and then a few random blooms afterwards. Hips are orange.

Any idea what it could be?
