Name That Rose!

Help ID for clueless newbie

I moved into a new house where there are 3 rose bushes currently blooming. I'm very new to gardening and I know very little about roses. If anyone could help ID these for me I'd really aprreciate it. Also any tips on how to care for them is also appreciated!!! THANK YOU!

The first rose without know any details other than the pic, and a pic in full sun is different than one in shade, looks like Versicolor. Bloom size would be 3 to 3-1/2". A few of the photos look just like this.

1st one looks like Scentimental.

2nd one might be Carefree Beauty.

3rd, perhaps Betty Prior.
