Did it have any packaging? Usually there is some information on the package that will help in IDing a rose. Even just the name of the grower can help.

I doubt it's a climber but you won't know that for sure for at least 3 years. It takes most roses that long to become fully mature plants. And climbers do not climb until they are well established in the ground and have built a big enough root ball to support those long canes.
