Can't remember the name of this rose

This is a rose bush I planted 6 years ago and I can't remember the name of it. It is yellow with medium pink tips, as you can see if you look at the smaller bud. However, I'm having a problem with them when they open. The yellow turns to white and the pink is splotchy, darker in some places than others. The leaves and stems, however, are perfectly healthy. Any ideas what the rose is called and what's causing the discoloration in the blooms? I am pretty sure it is an antique rose. I recall it have a very feminine name (as most roses do). Maybe even royalty. A
"Queene" sort of rose perhaps?

On second thought, I believe the name I have stuck in my head belongs to my mother-in-law's roses.

It's very hard to see much in that picture. I can't see any yellow there at all. Can you get a better picture of a fresher bloom? Also pics of the buds, cane, leaves and whole plant would help.

As for changing color, a lot of roses will fade as they mature. It does not mean there is anything wrong with the rose.
