It looks to me like New Dawn or Dr. W. Van Fleet. The flowers on these two roses are identical (one being a mutation of the other). New Dawn reblooms throughout the season, and Dr. W. Van Fleet blooms only once in the late spring.

This is a particularly good illustration of how you get more flowers from a rose if you train it horizontally. Where did you find this photo?
