ID - yellow rose

I didn't write down the name of this one - when I planted it almost 3 summer's ago. Last year, she only had a few blooms - this year - she's already up to 13, and continuing to push out more... a few opening at a time. She's about 3 feet tall and planted in a West facing flower bed.
Does anyone recognize it?
