Have a perfect rosebush, if I knew what it was I'd get more

Found in this plant in the backyard and transplanted in 2001. Since then, it's low-case, healthy, produces lots of beautiful red roses with strong rose fragrance, no suckers. I had some aphids this spring but other bugs came along and ate the aphids... all I do is prune in winter, deadhead, and give it a little compost now and then. I love it! I've been so disappointed trying to buy new rose bushes...

thanks for any ideas or suggestions! For hardiness, we've got down to 12 degrees, the rose wasn't bothered that I can tell.

It could be one of the David Austin varieties.

Does it get a little purple-ish in the sun? Maybe William Shakespeare 2000
