Similar to Josephs Coat but different flower shape

These roses were "found" after weeding out an old garden at our new place. After some pruning and staking last year they blossomed beautifully this year. They change from yellow to pink/peach to dark pink/red - sometimes over a 24 hour period. I thought they could be Rosa Mutabilis or Josephs Coat, but neither of those have the rolled or spike looking pedals these do. We have stumped our local plant and pest hotline, but they don't have a rosarian working for them at this time. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
