Hi, I planted a few of these trees/bushes on the corners of my home. These flower during the Spring and I believe if my memory serves me right I believe they continue to flower throughout the growing season, I could be wrong on this. I have trained them to be more of a multi stem tree then a bush. They grow pretty quick, about (2) weeks ago I chopped one down to the floor and it's now about 2.5' tall. The flowers are pink and have 5 petals on them. If you know what this plant might be any info will be helpful. Here are some pictures of a few stems I chopped off along with a sucker stem I removed.

More info:
- The tree with the light pink flowers is about 10' Tall and growing
- The tree with the dark pink flower is about 7' and growing.
