I got this wonderful rose from a garden pal. The painted daisy is for size reference.

It looks like Gourmet Popcorn AKA Summer Snow.

Yes I wondered about Popcorn, or Gourmet Popcorn, its slightly more double sport. But the buds I've seen on both are distinctively round and soft buttery-yellow, just like unpopped corn. And then they pop open creamy-white (although maybe they just appear creamy from glow of the little puff of creamy-gold stamens). Very pretty indeed. The buds here look pale pink. Apparently dwarf strains of multiflora are sometimes sold in packets of seeds under the name of Fairy or Angel Roses (officially R. multiflora nana or R. polyantha nana), which can be white or blush, and may or may not have the consistent generous repeat of GP. I wonder if your rose could be one of these? Whatever it is, it's too sweet! :-)
