What is my Rose??

Hi i have this rose that used to grow 8-10ft under a very high hedge. I moved and took it with me after cutting it back so at the moment its only about 18inches.
The flower smells gorgeous, the flower only stays in good condition for about a week and if it rains the petals are gone.
