Hello bernardyardbroom,
What is the actual diameter of the rose and are there dozens and dozens of sprays on a supported bush or self- supported, it almost looks like a small spray rose "SeaFoam". I am just guessing of course, I have a "SeaFoam" in my garden and it looks very much the same.

Looks like something with Rosa moschata in its background. You'll probably have to show more of it, maybe provide detailed description (see Name That Rose Forum FAQ for tips) to get a useful name here.

Looks a lot like white cecile brunner.... just a guess though.
