From what I understand, this was likely propagated from a cutting by my great grandmother back in the 1940s or 1950s. I transplanted it from her old house to the rose garden at mine so it wouldn't be lost.

No one knows what it is, but it repeat blooms pretty regularly all season, and was a 6-foot shrub before I cut it back and transplanted it..
